Refunds and recovery

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. Purchases are paused when video generation is unavailable. There is no renewal to cancel.

Before paying

Review the current amount, credit count and expiry before continuing. Selecting a photo alone does not start an upload or payment. Checkout is handled by Stripe when enabled.

Pending payment or generation

Keep the full private recovery link returned after checkout. The order page distinguishes unconfirmed payment, queued work, processing, review, failure, success and verified refund. A timeout does not mean you should buy again. Check that same order first.

Technical failure

A technical failure enters the recovery or refund process. The service must not count a failed generation as a successfully delivered video. An order marked failed or under review is not proof that money has already returned to your payment method. A refund is shown as confirmed only after the payment result has been verified.

Output concerns

AI output can differ from expectations. Identity drift, unplayable files and missing required delivery need review; dissatisfaction is not automatically a technical failure. Do not send sensitive photos or your recovery token to an unverified account.

Downloads

Save your video after it is ready. Outputs are scheduled for removal after seven days, and the order page may then show that the download has expired. A private order link should never be posted publicly.
