OUTSTANDINGSET / Updated October 27, 2026

Use and purchase terms

OutstandingSet creates original, synthetic desk-side performance videos from authorized adult portraits when the service is available. It is independent of NPR, Tiny Desk, Charlie Wilson and The Gap Band. It is not an official broadcast, performance or endorsement.

Your input and permission

You must be 18 or older and have permission to use the uploaded photo and the pictured adult’s likeness. Do not upload children’s images, private documents, or material that you are not authorized to edit. Do not use synthetic output to deceive, harass or invent a real person’s endorsement.

What is included

The video format is a short original vertical AI clip without audio; no original Outstanding song, concert recording, real broadcast footage or accurate lip-sync guarantee is included. Generated likeness, hands, motion and shot details can vary. Illustration on the homepage is marked and is not a generated example.

One-time credit packs

There is no subscription or automatic renewal. When purchasing is enabled, the current amount, credit count and expiry are shown before checkout. You choose the one-time pack explicitly. Do not proceed if the checkout amount differs from the amount you reviewed.

Payment must be verified by the payment provider before fulfillment. A browser success page is not proof of a paid order. Repeated clicks or a page reload do not authorize a second charge or a separate generation task.

Availability and delivery

When generation is unavailable, uploads and purchases are paused. A local photo preview is not a promise of generation, price or delivery time. For an accepted order, use its private recovery page to check the real processing state and retrieve the video when ready.

Rights and limitations

You keep the rights you already have in your input. Buying a generated clip does not itself grant music, trademark, publicity or other rights you do not possess. You must separately establish permission for your intended use. We do not promise ranking, views, engagement, commercial-use rights or income.

Problems and refunds

Do not purchase again to recover the same order. Follow the refund and recovery policy and keep your private order link. A failed or pending state is not a confirmed refund. Payment and refund outcomes must be verified.

Your purchase rights

These terms do not replace any consumer rights that apply to a purchase. No payment is accepted while paid generation is paused.
